6. Voter’s Photo Identity Card with a residential address.
7. Driving license with photograph and residential address.
8. PAN card and any other address proof like the latest telephone bill or electricity bill in the name of the nominee.
9. Certificate of identity with photograph signed by a Member of Parliament, Member of Legislative Assembly, Municipal Councilor, or a Gazetted Officer, along with any other address proof like the latest telephone bill or electricity bill in the name of the nominee.
