In Cash Credit Hypothecation of Stocks and Book Debts:

The borrower must submit monthly Stock & Book-debt statements using the Bank’s prescribed format, before the 10th of the following month.
A certified Book Debts statement from a practicing Chartered Accountant (C.A.) or regular Auditor of the borrower is required every quarter. This statement should confirm the age and amount of the book debts and must be submitted within 30 days of each quarter’s end.
Advances cannot be given against unpaid stocks, stocks received on conversion, returned defective goods, or old and unsalable inventory.
Withdrawals will be allowed based on the approved value of stocks and book debts, as long as they stay within sanctioned limits.
Book Debts from sales to associated firms will not be financed.

In Case of Mortgage of Properties:

A Title Clearance Certificate must be obtained from the Bank’s approved Advocate. This document certifies that the property’s title is clear, marketable, and unencumbered, ensuring a valid mortgage can be created. Borrowers will need to cover the related charges.
The property offered as security should be evaluated by the Bank’s authorized valuer, with the costs borne by the borrowers.
Collateral securities must be valued by an authorized valuer every three years.

In the Case of Term Loans:

Payments for financed items will be made directly to the suppliers. The borrower must provide all bills, invoices, and receipts for the Bank’s records.
Any additional costs will be the responsibility of the borrower.
