PNB Nomination Claim Form - Summary
Banks are advised to settle the claims in respect of deceased depositors / account holder. In this case to release payments from depositors account nominee need to fill application form and submit it to branch within a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of receipt of the claim subject to the production of proof of death.
