Documents Required for Applying to Bal Sakha Yojana (BSY):

BPL or APL ration card is needed.
A tribal certificate is required.
Authorization from a locally recognized authority must be provided.
The application form is available at the hospital.
An income certificate of parents, with a limit of Rs. 2 lakh, is necessary.

Under this scheme, the government contracts with private providers for institutional services, including normal and complicated deliveries, C-Sections, and blood transfusions for the targeted group.
