5. In Column 16 of the application, candidates may provide any additional information that they believe will help them gain admission to the course at the institute.
6. All address details should be written in BLOCK LETTERS to prevent delays in correspondence or delivery issues. If there are any changes in address, they should be reported promptly with a reference to the application number.
7. Candidates must be in good health and have a sound physique.
8. Candidates should be ready to carry out various tasks that involve working in the workshop, which includes operation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of agricultural machinery and equipment.
9. The institute does not guarantee employment after the training is completed.
10. Your application should include the completed application form and copies of your certificates only. There is no need for a forwarding letter.
11. Efforts will be made to inform candidates about their selection status. If there is a delay and a candidate has not received any news by the start of the course they applied for, they should assume they have not been selected. No further correspondence will be accepted regarding this matter. However, candidates can apply for future courses if they wish.
12. Candidates must ensure they meet the qualification requirements before applying. No inquiries regarding this will be entertained.
