YES BANK examines an applicant’s age, monthly income, outstanding liabilities, job status and history, work experience, and the number of years they have resided in their current residence before granting a personal loan application.
Eligibility
Age:- Your age at the time of application will affect your eligibility for a personal loan. People in their 20s and 30s may be able to borrow a larger loan amount since they can choose a longer repayment period. This, however, is contingent on the applicant completing all of the other requirements.
Income:- To be eligible for a personal loan, you must have a minimum monthly salary of Rs.25,000 or Rs.18,000 (depending on where you live). Individuals with a high income might borrow more because their repayment ability is likely to be higher as well.
Work experience:- Personal loans are typically only offered to candidates who have been employed or operating a business for a few years, as solid job experience indicates financial stability.
CIBIL Score:- An applicant with a CIBIL score of over 700 is entitled to borrow a large loan amount at a low rate of interest.
Financial Liabilities:- You may not be able to borrow much if you have financial liabilities such as existing loans or credit card debts because your repayment ability is likely to be lower.
