Railway Reservation Form - Summary
Customers who want to book their train tickets they can use this Railway Reservation Form. This form can also be used for Tatkal ticket booking. You can get the Requisition/Cancellation Form free of cost at an Indian Railways Reservation Counter. Fill in the required details and submit the form to the booking officer at the counter.
When booking train tickets at Reservation Counters, you’ll need to complete the Reservation Form, as shown in the above image (click to enlarge it). This form is necessary whether you are booking onward journey tickets or return journey tickets. Make sure to provide important details such as Train Number, Train Name, Date of Journey, Class of travel, and the Stations of departure and arrival.
