Form 35 Download
This is an Application form for Notice of Termination of Agreement of Hire Purchase for applying for the changing of a registration entry, a car owner should contact the Regional Transport Officer.
This form can be used by the individual to remove the hypothecation of the vehicle registration number. Form 35 serves as a NOC from the bank from which the car was financed on purchase. This form is only required if the car was purchased with the help of a bank loan and is compulsory for completing the selling process.

This Form is to be made in duplicate and in triplicate where the original Registering Authority is different, the duplicate copy and the triplicate copy with the endorsement of the Registering Authority to be returned to the Financier and Registering Authority simultaneously on making the termination entry in the certificate of the Registration and Form 24.
- It is important to note here that the documents/attachments which are accompanying Form No. 35 should be furnished in the same form and manner in which Form No. 35 is furnished.
- The form of appeal in Form No. 35 would be verified by the person who is authorized to verify the return of income.
- In case a person qualifies and has the option to file his/her income tax return in paper form, then, such a person even has the option to furnish an appeal in form no. 35 either electronically using a digital signature or electronically through an electronic verification code or in paper form.
