The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- The applicant should either be the owner or legal occupier of premises, situated in the area of the company.
- The consumers having a connected load not exceeding 100 HP will be supplied power at LT.
- Power supply to consumers having installation with a connected load exceeding 100 HP will be given at HT.
A consumer whose connected load does not exceed 100 HP and who is prepared to execute an agreement for a contract demand not less than 50 KW (or 60 KVA) will be entitled to receive power at HT if the so apts.
The consumer whose connected load exceeds 100 HP but does not exceed 150 HP may on his request be supplied, at company’s discretion power at LT subject to the condition that the supply will be given by extending 11 KV line up to the premises for which power supply has been requested and installing 11/.4 KV X’mers’s.Cost of both the which will be borns by the consumer as per existing rules.
In the case where supply is to be given at HT the supply voltage will be applicable as per contract demand:

SC/ST single point consumers below the poverty line are eligible for free supply up to 20 units per month.
SC/ST agricultural consumers below the poverty line and having land up to 1 Hect. And eligible for free supply of electricity subjected to a maximum 5 HP pump.
