माननीय मुख्यमंत्री महोदय की बजट घोषणा 2022-23 में चिरंजीवी परिवारों की महिला मुखिया को Smart Phone मय इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी उपलब्ध करवाने हेतु घोषणा की गयी थी। योजना अंतर्गत TRAI द्वारा राजस्थान राज्य में अधिकृत TSP (Telecom Service Providers Jio, Airtel, Vodafone and BSNL) के माध्यम से लाभार्थी को स्मार्ट फोन नए सिम डाटा कनेक्टविटी जिला एवं ब्लॉक स्तर के शिविरों में उपलब्ध करवाई जाएगी।
इस योजना का नाम इंदिरा गाँधी स्मार्ट फोन योजना रखा गया है। प्रथम चरण में लगभग 40 लाख “पिरजीवी परिवारों की महिला मुखिया को एक मुस्त DBT के माध्यम से योजना का लाभ दिया जाएगा। इस योजना के तहत लाभार्थियों को दिये गये स्मार्टफोन की सहायता से दूर दराज में पढ़ रही छात्राओं की सुरक्षा के साथ साथ सरकार द्वारा वंचित और कमजोर वर्ग के लिए चलाई जा रही विभिन्न योजनाओं के लाभ की चचनकारी प्राप्त हो सकेगी। साथ ही राज्य सरकार द्वारा छात्राओं एवं विधवाएकल नारी के कल्याण हेतु विभिन्न योजनाएं एवं रोजगार की जानकारी मिल सकेगी। यह योजना छात्राओं, विधवा/एकल नारी को सशक्त करने की एक अनूठी पहल है। इस योजना के द्वारा प्रदेश की माताओं बहन-बेटियों को डिजिटल साक्षर किया जायेगा जिससे ये सरकार की अन्य योजना का लाभ ले सके एवं अपने पैकिंग के समस्त कार्य स्वयं कर सके।
Indira Gandhi Smartphone Yojana Eligibility
1. प्रथम चरण के लाभार्थियों की पात्रता
- सरकारी विद्यालयों में 9वीं से 12वीं कक्षा में अध्ययनरत छात्राएं
- सरकारी उच्च शिक्षण संस्थाओं (महाविद्यालय/ IT / Polytechnic)
- विधवा/एकल नारी पेंशन प्राप्त कर रही महिलाओं
- महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी तहत 100 कार्य दिवस (वर्ष 2022 2023) पूर्ण करने बाले परिवार की महिला मुखिया
- इंदिरा गांधी शहरी रोजगार गारंटी योजना kए तहत 50 कार्य दिवस (वर्ष 2022 2023) पूर्ण करने बाले परिवार की महिला मुखिया

Indira Gandhi Free Smartphone Yojana Benefits
Smartphones are an important thing in the life of an individual, especially in today’s era when everything is digital. Thus, the Government of Rajasthan has planned for a Free Smartphone scheme. The following are the benefits of the scheme for the citizens:
- They will get the smartphone for free.
- Beneficiaries can make free voice calls and access.
- School-going girls (9 to 12th standard) or those who go to college for Graduation (Government School/College) of the state can apply for the scheme.
- Women who are working under the MGNREGA scheme can get a smartphone.
There was a scheme launched in Rajasthan by Gram Panchayat which is known as Mahatma Gandhi National Rural/Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme. Women who have completed 100 working days (Rural) and 50 working days (Urban) complete the eligibility criteria for Free Smartphone Scheme.
