IRCTC Pantry Car Price List 2024
Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is an Indian public sector undertaking that provides ticketing, catering, and tourism services for the Indian Railways. It was initially wholly owned by the Government of India and operated under the administrative control of the Ministry of Railways but has been listed on the National Stock Exchange since 2019, with the Government continuing to hold majority ownership.
IRCTC provides meal to every train and railway station. IRCTC introduced pantry cars inside long or medium-distance trains which catered to passengers by serving freshly cooked food. IRCTC has exclusive rights for onboard catering of food on all trains operated by the Indian Railways. It also operates food plazas, Jan Aahar cafeterias, and refreshment rooms at various railway stations.

The food was very bad quality even quantity is not as per IRCTC food list shwon in website. I have charged 120/- for veg meal. Request you to plz improve the quality. My contact No is 9810108745.
No receeipt is given for the money paid . So the passenger can not know the actual price and the amount charged.

we had taken three Veg Meals and one Egg Curry in 12618 Mangala Express in PNR No.273 682 8189, for which he charged 120/- for one meals (Originally it is 80 for one meals and 90/- for Egg curry meals) I have no complaint on quality and quantity. It is requested to take necessary action against the culprits, who are looting public.
I ordered Veg biryani but waiter does not given curd, Tissue Paper etc.

Train no. 12552 dtd. 8/3/2023, Reservation from New Alipore to Durgapur, W. B. Seat no. 33 of coach no. B14. We ordered to your pantry car non veg (egg curry) & accordingly they supplies the meal excluding curds + Roty/paratha.they charging Rs. 140/- for the same. Though your price list (2023) qouted only Rs. 90/-.the difference I unable to understand why? Please take up the matter seriously and act accordingly. Meal standard also not upto mark.

At Train No.12840, pantry is charging Rs.150/- for 1 Chicken meal, which is higher than the rate list available in IRCTC site.
