To qualify, they must submit necessary documents such as land records (like Records of Right (RoR) and Land Possession Certificate (LPC)) and any contracts or agreements set forth by the relevant State Government, especially for sharecroppers and tenant farmers. Additionally, these farmers must provide their Aadhaar Number and a declaration about the crops they have sown or plan to sow.
