- Visit the official portal bpsconline.bihar.gov.in
- Complete One Time Registration (OTR) using a valid, active email ID and mobile number (mandatory for all BPSC exams; used for all future BPSC applications too)
- Complete DigiLocker verification via the Meri Pehchan portal to link your documents
- Complete your profile in 6 steps: Personal Information, Address Information, Other Information, Qualification Information, Experience Information, and Photo/Signature Upload
- Lock your profile after verifying all details — no changes are allowed after locking and applying
- Go to the “New Application” tab, select TRE-4.0 (Advt. No. 15/2026), choose your preferred post/level, and accept the terms and conditions
- Pay the applicable exam fee (₹100 + ₹200 biometric fee if applicable) via online payment/SBI payment gateway
- Submit the Application Form and download/print a copy for your records
