Mumbai Local Train Cancel List - Summary
In an important update for Mumbai commuters, the Central Railway has announced a significant 63-hour mega block starting from the midnight of May 30, which will affect local train services across the city. This mega block is taking place for platform extension works on the Mumbai network, specifically at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) in south Mumbai and at Thane station. The extensive work is expected to conclude at 3:30 pm on Sunday.
During this period, a total of 72 mail-express trains and 930 suburban trains on both the main and Harbour corridors will be cancelled from Friday to Sunday. This disruption will impact lakhs of commuters who rely on these local train services for their daily travel.
