मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया
मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र के लिए पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया कुछ खास लोगों द्वारा की जाती है। निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति मृत्यु दर्ज करने के लिए जिम्मेदार होते हैं:
- घर में मृत्यु होने पर, परिवार का मुखिया इस प्रक्रिया के लिए जिम्मेदार होता है।
- अस्पताल या चिकित्सा संस्थान में मृत्यु होने पर, चिकित्सा प्रभारी को पंजीकरण करवाना होता है।
- यदि जेल में मृत्यु होती है, तो प्रभारी जेलर इसका पंजीकरण करता है।
- यदि कोई नवजात शिशु या शव निर्जन स्थान पर पाया जाता है, तो उस क्षेत्र का मुखिया या स्थानीय थाना प्रभारी इसकी सूचना दे सकता है।
- छात्रावास, चूल्ट्री, धर्मशाला, बोर्डिंग-हाउस, लॉजिंग हाउस, टैवर्न, ताड़ी की दुकान, बैरक या सार्वजनिक रिसॉर्ट में मृत्यु के मामले में, उस स्थान के प्रभारी व्यक्ति को पंजीकरण की आवश्यकता होती है।
- वृक्षारोपण में मृत्यु होने पर, वृक्षारोपण अधीक्षक इसे पंजीकृत कर सकता है।
