Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

1. Educational Qualification:

  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) or an equivalent legal degree from a recognized University or Institute established by law.

2. Experience Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of active legal practice experience as an Advocate in a court of law.

3. Age Limit (as on 01-01-2027):

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 40 years
  • Age relaxations are admissible for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, Women, and PwD categories of Madhya Pradesh as per state government rules.

Selection Procedure

  1. Written Examination: Objective type (OMR based) testing knowledge on legal subjects (Constitutional Law, Civil & Criminal Procedural Laws, IPC/BNS, Evidence Act) and General Knowledge of Madhya Pradesh.
  2. Interview: Candidates securing the qualifying cutoff in the written test are invited for the personal interview round.
