Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

1. Driver:

  • Must have passed Class 9th or equivalent.
  • Must possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License with Passenger & Goods endorsements and authorization badge.

2. Conductor:

  • Must have passed 10th Standard (SSLC) or equivalent.
  • Must hold a valid Conductor License issued by the Motor Vehicles Department (Kerala).

3. Driver-cum-Conductor:

  • Must have passed 10th Standard (SSLC).
  • Must possess a valid HMV Driving License as well as a valid Conductor License.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operating Heavy Passenger Transport Vehicles.

4. Age Limit:

  • Candidates must be between 21 and 55 years of age as on the notification date.

Selection Procedure

  1. Application Screening: Verification of educational qualifications, valid driving/conductor licenses, badges, and work experience.
  2. Skill Test / Practical Driving Test: Heavy vehicle driving test and route familiarity test (applicable for driver posts).
  3. Document Verification & Medical Fitness: Verification of original documents followed by medical fitness test.
