3. Using a sound amplifier on a moving vehicle is strictly prohibited.
4. If using a sound amplifier on a vehicle, it should only be used when the vehicle is parked at road junctions or busy thoroughfares to avoid causing obstructions.
5. Always follow the formalities required under the J&K Motor Vehicles Act of 1958 regarding vehicle usage.
6. The license holder must stop using the sound amplifier or remove it when directed by any police officer on duty who is below the rank of Sub-Inspector. This may happen if the use of the amplifier is creating a nuisance or obstruction due to the time, place, or manner in which it is being used.
7. Only box-type loudspeakers are permitted; the use of horn-type loudspeakers is prohibited.
8. The loudspeaker must not be positioned higher than 6 feet from the ground level.
