Jammu & Kashmir Caste Certificate Form
Caste Certificates are issued by Tehsildar concerned. Applicants may approach their respective Tehsildar Offices for Caste Certificates.
ALC / OSC / RBA ::
- Application on the prescribed format as provided in the Reservation Rules
- Affidavit in support of the application
- Extract of Khasra Girdawari /Misal-i-Haqiat /Jamabandi, continuously for not less than the last 15 years
- Extract of Chowkidara /Challah Bandi, continuously for the last not less than 15 years
- Attested copy of Ration Card
- Attested copy of Voter list
- Copy of PRC
- Income certificate, wherever applicable
SC / ST :
- Application on the prescribed format as provided in the Reservation Rules
- Affidavit in support of the application
- Attested copy of Ration Card
- Certified copy of Voter list
- Copy of PRC
- Extract of Misal-i-Haqiyat / Jamabandi / Shajra Nasab
