If you need to obtain a Duplicate University Degree, Diploma, or Certificate, here are the essential steps and guidelines you must follow. This process is designed to help candidates receive their important documents easily.
Steps to Apply for a Duplicate Marksheet
- The candidate must fill out the online form, application letter, and declaration in the prescribed format. Make sure to sign them before submission. – Online Apply Link
- The hard copy of the online form and application letter needs to be verified and recommended by the Principal, Head, Director, or authorized person of the college, department, or institute where the candidate studied and appeared for the examination.
- Submit an attested copy of the FIR lodged with the nearest police station, stating that the original Degree, Diploma, or Certificate is irretrievably lost, destroyed, or defaced. If the FIR is available online through the state website, then a self-attested printed copy will suffice.
- Applicants must provide a self-attested copy of one of the following identity documents: Aadhar card, Driving License, PAN card, or Passport.

- Upload a soft copy of your recent photograph and scanned signature.
