This is an Application Form for Registration/Admission to Ph.D. Programme. In this form, you have to mention the details of the students like Name, Father’s/Guardian’s, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Marital Status, Delhi University Enrolment number, Caste, PWD, and any other details of the students.
The self-attested copies of the following certificates should be submitted at the time of submission of
this form
(a) B.A.(Prog.)/B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.(Pass/Hons.) (Qualifying) Degree/Certificate.
(b) Post-graduate (Qualifying) Degree/Certificate
(c) Marks Sheets of Post-graduate (Qualifying) examination
(d) Matriculation/Hr. Sec./Secondary School Certificate for verification of date of birth (for verification)
(e) Cast Certificate, if belongs to SC/ST/OBC Category.
(Candidates shall be required to produce the original certificates along with the joining report for verification at the time of Provisional admission to PhD Programme)
