How to Check Your Name in 2002-2003 Voter List - Summary
As you that the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list implement in 12 states and Union Territories from November 4, registered voters need to check whether their names — or the names of their parents or relatives — appear in the 2003 electoral roll.
How to Search Your Name in Electoral Roll 2002
Step 1: Go to the CEO official website https://voters.eci.gov.in
Step 2: At the homepage of the website you will see the link “Search Your Name in Last SIR” under the Service section as the screenshot shown below.

Step 3: On the next page, you have 2 options to check your name in Last SIR
- Search by Elector Details
- Search in last SIR E-Roll
Option 1 – Search by Elector Details – Steps by Steps guide

- Select your state.
- Choose your district from the drop-down
- Select the Assembly Constituency (AC)
- Enter the Part Serial Number (if available)
- Elector Full Name in last SIR (2002/2003)
- Elector Relative Full Name in 2002/2003 → Enter your father’s/mother’s/husband’s name.
- Relative Type in 2002 → Choose the appropriate relationship (Father/Mother/Husband/Other).
- Select your approximate age in 2002/2003
- Section No. and Name in 2002/2003 → Select the section (if known).
- Enter the captcha shown on the screen
- Click ‘Search’
- If the details match, the system will display the corresponding SIR entry or provide access to the PDF of the roll. Open the downloaded PDF (if prompted) and check from page 2 onwards for your or your family members’ names.
Option 2 – Search in last SIR E-Roll – Steps by Steps guide
Step 1: After choose search in last SIR E-Roll – You have to select the “State”,”District”,”Assembly Constituency”,”Polling Station No and Name and then click on “View” Button as the screenshot shown below.

Step 2: After that your PDF will be open and you can search your name in this PDF.
