This agreement starts from the date of supply or the day immediately after the expiry of a thirty-day notice that the licensee has served on the consumer, indicating that the supply of electrical energy is available under this agreement, whichever happens first.

The duration of this Agreement is two years from the start date. After that, it will continue year by year unless it is terminated according to clause 9 of this agreement.
