Eligibility Criteria for AP Vahana Mitra Scheme Form

• The driver and vehicle owner must be the same person.
• The vehicle should be a passenger auto, motor cab, or maxi cab registered in Andhra Pradesh.
• The driver must have a valid driving license issued in Andhra Pradesh.
• For motor cabs and maxi cabs, a fitness certificate is required. For autos, it is exempted this year but must be submitted within one month after applying.
• Applicant must have an Aadhaar card and a white ration card.
• Only one vehicle per family is allowed.
• Families with government employees or pensioners are not eligible (except families of sanitary workers).
• People who pay income tax cannot apply.
• Household electricity use should be below 300 units per month on average.
• Landholding must not be more than 3 acres of wet land or 10 acres of dry land. In towns/cities, the family should not own more than 1000 sq. ft. of property (residential or commercial).
• Vehicles taken on rent or lease are not eligible.
• Vehicles with pending challans or dues are not allowed.
• Families already getting benefits from other government driver schemes cannot apply.
