Kerala Police will issue a travel pass to travel District to District in Kerala. Peoples who stuck in any other district in the lockdown in Kerala can apply for a travel pass to travel the current District to your District. The pass will be issued by the station house officer at the local police station. The travel pass will be valid only during the daytime – from 7 am to 7 pm. To apply for the Travel Pass follow the following steps.
E-Curfew Pass – Online Application Procedure

Step 1:- Visit the official website of the Kerala Police Department for applying the e-Curfew Pass i.e. https://pass.bsafe.kerala.gov.in/ or directly through this link – Apply Online
Step 2:- After visiting the official website you have to mention the following details to apply for the e- Curfew Pass
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Address
- Vehicle Number
- Vehicle Type
- Co-passenger name (Only one Co-passenger will be allowed)
- From and to details
- Travel Date and Time
- Purpose
- Return Date and Time
- Mobile Number (Indian Only)
- Place
- ID Type and Number
- Residing Police District
After that, you have confirmed that above mention details are correct by click on ” I’m not a robot” then click on submit button as image shown below

- The medical emergency of self or family members
- Death of family member, attending a funeral
