Steps to Modify Your Ration Card

• Submit your completed application along with the required documents to the appropriate authority.
• The authorities will check your submitted application and documents, then give you a record number for reference.

• The applicant and their family members must be close relatives.
• Newborns above 5 years can be added.
• Additions for names after marriage are allowed.
