- All essential shops that currently operate between 7 am and 11 am may be allowed to extend their hours until 2 pm.
- Delivery services for non-essential items alongside essential goods through E-Commerce may be permitted in certain districts.
- Government offices that are not directly involved with COVID-19 response can operate with 25% attendance.
- Agriculture-related shops can stay open until 2 pm on weekdays.
- Malls, theatres, and similar establishments will operate at 50% capacity in Level 2 areas, while remaining closed in higher levels.
Local train services will be limited to essential workers only, except in areas under Level 1. The restrictions become stricter as the levels increase.
