Indian Navy SSC Recruitment Notification 2020 - Summary

Applications are invited from unmarried eligible men & women candidates for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) for course commencing Jun 2021 onwards at Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala,Kerala in under mentioned branches/entries in the Indian Navy. Candidates must fulfill conditions of nationality as laid down by the Government of India. Selected candidates will undergo training with one of the following three distinct courses:-

Extended Naval Orientation Course – General Service (Executive) [GS(X)]/Hydrography.
Naval Orientation Course (NOC) Regular – Naval Armament Inspectorate Cadre/ Observer / Pilot / Logistics / Technical (Engineering & Electrical)/ Education.
Special NOC – SSC (Executive/Information Technology).

Sub Lieutenant – Rs. 56,100/- Rs. 1,10,700/-

Lieutenant Commander – Rs. 69,400/- Rs. 1,36,900/-

Commander – Rs. 1,21,200/- Rs. 2,12,400/-

Educational Qualification-

SSC General Service (GS/X)/Hydro Cadre – Candidates having BE/B.Tech in any discipline with minimum 60% marks.

SSC Armament Inspection Cadre – Candidates having Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science / Tele Communication / Information Technology / Computer Application / equivalent trade and have scored minimum, 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized institute will be eligible for this post.

SSC Logistics – Candidates having B.SC IT/MCA / M.Tech/M.SC IT/B.Tech Degree in Computer Science / & have scored 60% marks will be eligible for this post.

(ii) MBA with First Class or (iii) B.Sc / B.Com / B.Sc.(IT) with First class with a PG Diploma in Finance / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Material Management or (iv) MCA / M.Sc (IT) with First Class

Rest ALL Executive Branch Trades- Candidates having B.E/B.Tech Engineering Degree in any stream and have scored minimum 60% marks & scored 60% Upto Intermediate level will be eligible for this post.

SSC Engineering Branch [General Service (GS)] – Candidates having Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Marine / Instrumentation / Production / Aeronautical / Industrial Engineering & Management / Control Engineering / equivalent trade will be eligible for this post.

SSC Electrical Branch [General Service (GS)] – Candidates having Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Tele Communication / Electronics & Communication/Power Engineering/equivalent trades will be eligible for this post.

SSC Education – Candidates having M.SC in Maths/ Operational Research with Physics in B.Sc. /equivalent will be eligible for this post.

Minimum Height for All Posts – 157 Cm

Vision-:

Executive(GS/Hydro)- Minimum 6\12 both eyes

Technical (General Service)-Minimum 6\24 for both eyes
