फॉर्म 60 एक दस्तावेज है जिसे किसी व्यक्ति या किसी व्यक्ति (कंपनी या फर्म नहीं) द्वारा वित्तीय लेनदेन करने के लिए दायर किया जाता है, जिसमें संबंधित व्यक्ति के पास पैन नहीं होने के कारण पैन का उल्लेख करना अनिवार्य है।
ऐसे लोगों द्वारा कई मामलों में पैन प्रस्तुत करने के एवज में फॉर्म 60 का उपयोग किया जा सकता है। फॉर्म 60 एक व्यक्ति या एक व्यक्ति (कंपनी या फर्म नहीं होने के नाते) द्वारा दायर की जाने वाली एक घोषणा है, जिसके पास पैन नहीं है और जो नियम 114बी में निर्दिष्ट किसी भी लेनदेन में प्रवेश करता है।
फॉर्म 60 का उपयोग तब भी किया जाता है जब संपत्ति की खरीद और बिक्री, ₹ 50,000 से अधिक नकद में भुगतान, कर रिटर्न दाखिल करना, व्यवसाय का पंजीकरण, और अन्य।
