। এই প্রকল্পের আওতায় পেনশন পাওয়ার একজন ব্যক্তি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাদি পূরণ করতে হবে: –
এই ব্যক্তি 60 (ষাট) বছর বয়স হতে হবে এবং সে রাজ্যের বাসিন্দা: তবে শারীরিক ও মানসিক প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তির ক্ষেত্রে বয়সসীমা পঞ্চাশ বছর হবে।
২। কোন ব্যক্তির কাছে সাহায্য পান না বা কেউ দেখভাল করেন না।
৩। প্রতি মাসে আয় 1000 (এক হাজার টাকা) টাকার কম।
৪। বয়স্ক পেনশনের জন্য আবেদন করা ব্যক্তি অন্য কোনও সরকারী পেনশনের প্রাপক নয়।
৫। আবেদনটি করার তারিখে ব্যক্তিটি দশ বছর রাজ্যে বসবাস করছেন
