Qualifications asked for
The guidelines follow the minimum qualifications set by NCTE, CBSE and KV Sangathan, and AWES has raised the standard further for some posts.
- TGT: graduation with 50% marks and B.Ed from an NCTE recognised institution with 50%.
- PRT: graduation with 50% marks and B.El.Ed or two-year D.El.Ed from an NCTE recognised institution with 50%.
- Counsellor: graduate with psychology, or graduate with a counselling diploma and three years of experience as a wellness teacher or counsellor.
- Assistant Computer Lab Tech: 12th pass plus a diploma or certificate in computer applications, hardware or networking.
