Manabik Form
The Finance Miniter, Government of West Bengal announced ‘MANABIK’ a monthly pension scheme for financial assistance @ Rs.1000/- to persons with 50% or more disability & having family income not more than Rs. 100000/-. This scheme is to be implemented from 1st April 2018.
In this Manobik Pension Scheme, govt. will provide Rs. 1,000 as a monthly pension to persons with disabilities (PWDs). People can download the WB Manabik Scheme Form PDF online mode at birbhum.gov.in. Interested ones can apply for the handicapped pension scheme in West Bengal. Manobik scheme was launched in 2018 for disabled persons to benefit around 2 lakh differently-abled people.
WB Manabik Form – How to Apply
- Office of the Block Development Officer or the Executive Officer of the concerned Panchayat Samity in case the applicant resides in the rural areas under the said Panchayat Samity.
- Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer in case the applicant resides in Municipal/ Notified areas besides the areas of Kolkata Municipal Corporation, and
- Office of the Controller of Vagrancy, West Bengal situated at Purta Bhawan, Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata 700091, in case the applicant resides within the areas under Kolkata Municipal Corporation.
Where to Submit Manabik Pension Scheme Application Form
Application Form for “MANABIK” pension .scheme shall be addressed to:-
(A) the District Magistrate of the concerned District and shall be submitted to the Block Development Officer or the Executive Officer of the Panchayat Samity in case of the applicant residing in the rural areas under a Panchayat Samity;
(B) the District Magistrate of the concerned District and shall be submitted to the Sub-Divisional Officer in case of the applicant residing in Municipal/Notified areas outside the areas of Kolkata Municipal Corporation; and
(C) the Controller of Vagrancy, West Bengal and shall be submitted to the Controller of Vagrancy, West Bengal in case of the applicant residing within the areas under Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

Candidates must also attach the following supporting documents along with the completed application form:-
- Residential Certificate (Self-declaration) (Scanned Copy)
- Disability Certificate from appropriate authority duly self-attested (Scanned Copy)
- Scanned Copy of Voter ID (Self-attested)
- Scanned Copy of Ration Card (Self-attested)
- Income Certificate (Self-declaration) (Scanned Copy)
- Scanned Copy of Aadhaar (Self-attested)
- Scanned Copy of Bank Pass Book (Self-attested)
