How to Apply for SSC MTS Recruitment 2025?
Follow the simple steps to apply for the SSC Multi Tasking Staff MTS Recruitment 2025:
- Visit the New SSC Website: Go to https://ssc.gov.in or use the mySSC mobile app from the Play Store and register with OTR (One-Time Registration).
- Aadhaar-Based OTR: Using Aadhaar makes the application process smoother. No need to worry about strict photo/signature rules if Aadhaar is used.
- Live Photo Capture: The system will take your live photo — no pre-upload needed. Ensure proper lighting, an eye-level camera, and a plain background.
- Upload Signature: Upload in the format JPG/JPEG with size 10–20 KB (6 cm x 2 cm)
- Pay Application Fee: Rs. 100 for general candidates. No fee for women, SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen. Pay online via UPI, Net Banking, or Debit Card.
- Before You Submit, preview your form. Make sure the photo, signature, and details are correct. Keep a copy of your submitted form.
SSC MTS 2025 Selection Process
There are two stages in the SSC MTS Selection process, for MTS posts, namely a Computer-based Objective Type Paper and Document Verification. For the Havaldar post, the selection will be done through CBT, Physical Standard, and Efficiency Test, and Document Verification.

SSC MTS Exam Pattern 2025
SSC MTS Paper I will be conducted in 15 regional languages (excluding English section) and divided into two compulsory sessions: Session I and Session II. Session 1 is 120 marks and Session 2 is 150 marks. The duration of each session is 45 minutes.
Negative Marking: No negative marking in Session 1, but there is negative marking of 1 mark in Session 2.
