Rajasthan Compulsory Registration of Marriages (Amendment) Bill, 2021 Hindi PDF
राजस्थान सरकार ने राजस्थान अनिवार्य विवाह पंजीकरण (संशोधन) विधेयक, 2021 ने विवाह के अनिवार्य पंजीकरण पर 2009 के कानून में संशोधन किया हैं। इस बिल के अंदर अब नाबालिगों के मामले में, उनके माता-पिता या अभिभावकों को विवाह का पंजीकरण कराना होगा। इस संशोधन बिल के तहत माता-पिता को शादी के 30 दिनों के भीतर शादी को पंजीकृत करना होगा “अगर दुल्हन की उम्र 18 साल से कम है और दूल्हे की उम्र 21 साल से कम है”।
यह बिल राजस्थान अनिवार्य विवाह पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 2009 की धारा 8 में संशोधन करता है, जो “Duty to submit Memorandum” से संबंधित है। अधिनियम स्वयं मेमोरेंडम को “विवाह के पंजीकरण के लिए ज्ञापन” के रूप में परिभाषित करता है।
सरकार ने संशोधन उम्र को केंद्रीय कानून के अनुरूप लाएगा जो लड़कियों को 18 साल की उम्र में और लड़कों को 21 साल की उम्र में शादी करने की अनुमति देता है। इसके अलावा, बाल विवाह के पंजीकरण से सरकार को अधिक पीड़ितों तक पहुंचने में मदद मिलेगी।
