Key Rules for Opening a Patanjali Mega Store

1. A minimum area of 2000 Sq. ft. is required to set up a Patanjali Mega Store.

2. The initial investment needed to start a Mega Store is Rs. 1 Crore.

3. You must deposit a refundable security amount of Rs. 5 Lakh. This includes 2.5 Lakh in the name of Divya Pharmacy and another 2.5 Lakh in the name of Patanjali Ayurved Ltd., Haridwar, through a demand draft.

4. Patanjali Mega Stores will only be allocated in prominent locations in the main market area of the city.

5. There should be a minimum distance of 2.5 K.M. in Metro City and 3.5 K.M. in Non-Metro City from any existing Mega Store. Additionally, the Mega Store must be at least 1 K.M. away from existing Patanjali Chikitsalaya and Arogya Kendra.

6. The applicant must attach several documents with the application form, including 5-6 photographs of the proposed location, PAN card, 5 passport-size photographs, identity proof, address proof, sales registration copy, and a proof of ownership or rental agreement for the Mega Store.

7. A Vaidya will be appointed by the Institute at the Mega Store. The operator must provide the necessary medical instruments for the Vaidya, as well as facilities for seating, drinking, and restrooms.

8. The Mega Store will exclusively sell products from Divya Pharmacy, Patanjali Ayurved, and other items approved by the Institute. No other products are allowed for sale in these stores.

9. The applicant should be a respectable individual and must not have any court convictions.
