ONGC Written Exam Pattern and Syllabus:
The written test comprises of MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) of 2 hours duration. The questions will be of the following category:
- Domain related/ Subject which is given 80% weightage
- Aptitude and General Mental Ability to test a candidate’s analytical & logical reasoning, comprehension ability, interpersonal skills, data interpretation skills, basic numeracy, and general awareness which will be of 20% weightage.
The exam will be conducted in the English language. However if a candidate wishes, he may get the question paper in the Hindi language provided he has already mentioned the same in his application form.
