MP Ladli Laxmi Yojana Online Registration Details

This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Ladli Laxmi (Balika Protsahan) Adhiniyam, 2018. It extends to the whole of the state of MP. It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification appoint.

The Parents shall submit the application for registration in such manner as may be prescribed at the registration center within a year of birth or adoption or succession of a female child.
The officer in charge of the registration center shall, upon receipt of the application, verify the contents and forward the same to the competent authority.
The competent authority shall, after receiving the application from the officer in charge, either register and issue an assurance certificate or reject the application.
