माहिती अधिकार फॉर्म महाराष्ट्र शासन प्रणाली को सार्वजनिक करता है। माहितीचा अधिकार 15 जून 2005 को अधिनियमित किया गया था और 12 अक्टूबर 2005 को पूर्ण वर्गों के साथ पूरी तरह से लागू किया गया था।
