Life Certificate for Pensioners 2024
The Jeevan Pramaan that pensioners have to provide is a bio metric-enabled Aadhaar-based Digital Life Certificate for pensioners. Jeevan Pramaan or DLC is generated for individual pensioners using their Aadhaar numbers and Bio-metrics.
A Life certificate is submitted by the pensioners once every year to ensure that the pensioners are still alive. The Life Certificate can be submitted either by the traditional method in which the pensioners are required to visit the bank branch disbursing their pension.
Life Certificate Form for Pensioners 2024 – Online Procedure
- Visit the Jeevan Pramaan portal.
- Provide Aadhaar number, name, mobile number, PPO number, pension account number, bank details, name of pension sanctioning authority, pension disbursing authority, etc.
- Once the Aadhaar authentication is complete, download a PDF copy of the certificate from the Jeevan Pramaan website.
- Following this the digital life certificate is made available to the pension disbursing agency.
