- Two girls from each family can receive benefits under the Ladli Laxmi Yojana. If the girls are twins, the third girl child will also be eligible for support.
- This scheme applies exclusively to families below the poverty line.
- An orphan girl can gain benefits only if she is adopted, and the family must submit a valid adoption certificate.
