It shall extend to the whole of the State. It shall come into force from such date as the Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, appoint in this behalf.

  • State whether the applicant has produced plumbing/electrical licence from completant authority

  • State whether the applicant or any of his partners of shareholders is/are dismissed Govt. Servant (s)
