This scheme will operate during various agricultural seasons: Kharif 2020, Rabi 2020-21, Kharif 2021, Rabi 2021-22, Kharif 2022, and Rabi 2022-23.

Crops Covered Under the Scheme

This ambitious scheme aims to protect several crops, particularly focusing on Maize and Paddy during the Kharif seasons. For the Rabi seasons, Wheat and Barley will be part of the coverage.
