The finance department of Haryana has revised some of the rules. Under the provision to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, rules are to be followed. The rules should be termed as Haryana Civil service (Revised pay) Rules. The rules are followed and maintained from 1 January 2016 until and unless it was revoked by the person or class category.

Exempted from Haryana Revised Pay Rules
The members who are not working in the All India service and judicial services in an affair with the Government of Haryana are excluded from the Haryana Revised Pay Rules PDF. The employees who are not working full time or who are monthly or a daily basis work are also excluded.
