Dakshin Haryana Bijili Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) is a Haryana government-owned power distribution utility company. Hisar and Delhi are the two operational zone operated by DHBVN. Superintendent Engineer headed each of the zones respectively.
Anyone can apply for DHBVN new connection by filling the application form along with the required documents.

Process for Application
The applicants who want to apply for a new electricity connection have to visit the nearest Citizen Seva Kendra or Atal Seva Kendra. From there they will help you to fill online form via the official DHBVN portal. You have to give all the necessary information mentioned above. After the completion of the process, always make sure you take a receipt of your application. Alternatively, you can also apply for a new connection by visiting the nearest Electricity department in your area.
