DDED New Electricity LT Connection Form
Electricity Department is part of the Administration of Union Territory of Daman & Diu & headed by the Secretary (Power). Day to day work related to the functioning of the Department is looked at by the Executive Engineer (Elect.) at Division level.
- In case of a tenant, the permission of Landlord with proof of ownership of premises along with landlord’s full name & address be attached.
- In case of partnership firm, partnership deed, and authorization, article of association in the name of the applicant be attached.
- In the case of public/private Ltd firm, memorandum, article of association, certificate of incorporation, and authorization in the name of the applicant be attached.
- In the case of Cooperative Group Housing Society, certified copy the registration of the cooperative Group Housing Society be attached.
