Dayal Das Panika New List 2023
The Assam Government has started various schemes for the residents of the State. Swahid Dayal Das Panika Scheme is one of them. Under this scheme, the Government will provide financial assistance to the youth of tribes dealing with the tea business. The motive behind this is to enhance their capabilities and will motivate them to have more focus on self-employment and to start their own business.
The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to tea tribes youths of Assam to encourage and initiate themselves into self-employment activities. The scheme is proposed as a means to enhance their capabilities. The maximum rate of financial assistance per applicant will be Rs. 25,000/- only

Dayal Das Pnaika scheme Eligibility
- Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam state
- Applicants must belong to the Tea Tribal community.
- The candidates’ age should be between 20 to 40 years to get benefits.
- Annual family income should be less than 2.50 lakh per annum
- Those applying for this scheme, must not have had such benefits for the past 3 years.
- The candidates should be unemployed youth of the state of Assam.
- Only one person in the family can avail of benefits under this scheme.
- Three months of mandatory skill development training, to get benefits under this scheme.
