Terms & Conditions Overview

Blue Star AC Services Rate Card Terms & Conditions are as follows:-

1. All rates are in INR(`). GST is extra as applicable.
2. Within municipal limits, gas charging rates include the transportation of the unit from the customer’s place to the ESA workshop and back, or transportation of the gas charging kit. For retail refrigeration units, extra handling charges will apply.
3. For locations beyond municipal limits, the machine transportation charges (to and fro) will be ₹500.
4. BWD – Bottled Water Dispenser, DF – Deep Freezer, WC – Water Cooler, GT – Glass Top Freezer, CC – Chest Freezer, MK – Milk Cooler, ESA – Expert Service Associate, RMT – Running Metres.
5. Upcountry refers to areas more than 50 km away from the Expert Service Associate/Sales and Service Dealer.
6. The standard installation kit contains 3 meters of copper tubing.
7. Standard installation charges cover the AC and accessories provided with the unit. Additional accessories or parts like stands, extra piping, and cables will cost extra.
8. Civil work or welding will incur additional charges.
9. No service charge applies if the call is repeated within 2 months (1 month for Water purifiers) of the first repair.
10. Visiting Charges will be waived off if the customer approves the gas charging quotation; otherwise, the Visiting Charges will apply.
11. For Cold room/Retail/Pharma/Medical Refrigeration Product categories, a gas charging/spare replacement quotation will be provided after inspection.
