This section provides online services to establishments owners. When any owner wants to do any kind of construction work in Haryana then the applicant has to register under Registration of establishment and deposition of cess /cess assessment and appeal thereof under the Building & Other Construction Workers (RE & CS) Act, 1996 and Cess Act.
Steps For Registration
The user must generate his or her login Id and password on the web portal www.hrylabour.gov.in using his or her operating email-id. The user’s login id and password will be emailed to their registered email address and phone number. Please double-check that your email address and phone number are both valid and working.
During registration, the user must establish a profile that contains their Basic Information Performa (BIP). This performance comprises all of the establishment’s essential information, such as its address, employees, occupier/manager information, construction details & declaration, and so on.
Make sure the documents are in the correct format and size before submitting them.
Fees can be paid online or offline, depending on the user’s preferences.
Submit application form for processing.
After the application has been processed successfully, an online certificate/license with a 16-digit number will be generated. The paper can be downloaded and used immediately.
How To Use
The website will be visited by already registered business owners. In the middle of the page, there is a choice for Building & Other Construction Establishment. The user must apply for a certificate of registration after logging in. FORM I. Automatic fee calculation – The fee will be determined automatically based on the number of workers and the date the license was applied for.
In the treasury, the user can also upload details of previously paid fees. The applicant must offer details on when the project will begin and end. Form I – CESS rule – This is a system-generated form that uses all of the information from BIP whenever it is needed. To complete and submit the form, the applicant must provide any additional information.
