AP Housing Application Form - Summary

Andhra Pradesh Housing Application Form is an essential part of the “YSR Housing Scheme” or “YSR Avaas Yojana,” initiated by the Andhra Pradesh government to provide housing benefits to the poor people of the state who struggle to build their own homes. Launched by CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in memory of his father, Late YS Rajasekhar Reddy, this scheme was previously known as the NTR Housing Scheme. It was introduced during the first state budget by Finance Minister Mr. B. Rajendranath Reddy.

About the YSR Housing Scheme

This housing scheme aims to assist the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Low-Income Groups (LIGs), and Middle Income Groups (MIGs) of Andhra Pradesh. The state government will provide pucca houses to all eligible beneficiaries with a dedicated budget of around Rs. 128 crore.

AP Housing Application Form – Eligibility Criteria

The applicant should be a permanent resident of the state.
An applicant does not possess their own house or land.
Applicant should own APL/ BPL ration card along with a caste certificate.

Visit the Official Website of YSR Housing Scheme: https://apgovhousing.apcfss.in/
On the Homepage, find the eligibility criteria and click on the “Apply Online” button to benefit from the scheme.
The application form page will appear on your screen.
Enter the required details (such as name, father/husband name, date of birth, gender, caste, and other information) and upload the necessary documents.
Finally, click on the ‘Submit’ button for the final submission of your application.
