Manav Garima Yojana Overview

Eligibility for Manav Garima Yojana

Applicants must be below the poverty line (BPL).
The annual family income should be less than ₹1,50,000 for both rural and urban areas.
The applicant must be a permanent resident of Gujarat.
He/she must belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category.

Benefits of Manav Garima Yojana

This scheme has been implemented to allow socially, educationally, and economically backward classes, as well as minority communities, nomadic, and emancipated castes, to live with dignity and engage in small businesses, achieving financial self-sufficiency.
Under the Manav Garima Yojana, free tool assistance (tool kits) will be provided for a total of six occupations, including tailoring, ferry services, puncture repair, beauty parlors, milk and yogurt sales, and mobile repair.
